Speakers: Prof David Berman

In 1915 Einstein produced his master work, general relativity.  His theory of gravity, based on the bending of spacetime itself, is perhaps the single most impressive discovery in the history of theoretical physics.
This talk will describe the basic ideas and concepts behind relativity and how Einstein's legacy lives on.
