Speakers: Dame Jocelyn Bell Burnell, DBE, FRS, FRAS, University of Oxford

This public lecture starts at 7pm on Wednesday 26 March 2013 in the Conference Auditorium at the University of Leeds, LS2 9JT. There will be coffee, tea and biscuits served from 6:30pm.

Are there really black holes in space? How do we know? What are white holes? Is travel through a worm hole to  another universe possible? This introduction to these extreme objects will introduce black holes and answer questions just like these!

The talk is free so please just turn up! If you are going to bring a coach load of people then it would be helpful to let me know in advance m.e.ries@leeds.ac.uk.

There will be free parking on the university campus.
