In 2004, one of the most ambitious planetary spacecraft arrived at the Saturn system. The international Cassini-Huygens mission comprises a NASA-led six ton nuclear-powered unmanned orbiter, and an European lander that successfully descended to the surface of Saturn's large mysterious moon Titan. The beautiful views of the planet, rings and moons of the Saturn system are showcased, as well as the amazing discoveries made as a result of this amazingly successful mission. The mission will end in September 2017, when Cassini will burn up in Saturn's atmosphere. Some first data from Cassini's audacious sweeps between the planet and its rings will be presented, as well as plans for September's dramatic finale.
