Colour Vision involves Physics, Physiology, Psychology and Neurology. It is not enough to relate each colour to a specific wavelength as may be implied by studying the visible spectrum.
Prof Sobhy will use extensive demonstrations to explain how we perceive colours and will be of interest to physicists; Multimedia students; artists; psychologists; neuroscientists … and anyone interested in human perception of colour.
