Current Research In Magnetism is a one day meeting that aims to explore topical areas of magnetism, from quantum magnetism all the way to nanostructures and bulk macroscopic materials, associated with various applications such as sensors, energy and environmental applications and biomedical applications.

Organised on behalf of the IOP Magnetism Groups, and supported by the Materials Research Institute at Queen Mary, the meeting will provide researchers with an opportunity to present their work at an informal meeting to a broad cross-section of the magnetism community.

Contributed work from graduates and post-doctoral researchers are particularly encouraged and priority will be given to them in the allocation of oral presentations.
