In association with the Institute of Physics, Exeter Mathematics School are inviting teachers and technicians to attend a series of five Stimulating Physics Network meetings. The twilight meetings are free to attend and will provide CPD updates in practical and theoretical physics for KS3-5, information sharing and network opportunities. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided!

Radioactivity is often a scary topic – especially to non-specialists but it shouldn’t be! In this workshop we’ll focus on common misconceptions, the required practicals and other relevant experiments to support the safe and engaging teaching of radioactivity. All activities will be within the approved CLEAPSS guidelines as suitable for schools.
