Infinite Differences: Lessons on Diversity from Women in Physics.

Improving the level of diversity in physics departments in the UK is a key challenge at present, which is not limited to just encouraging more women to pursue careers in physics. The full spectrum of diversity needs to be considered. Over the last few decades, the number of women in physics has been flatlined at around 20%. What have we learnt in this time, and how can we apply these lessons to improving diversity in physics as a whole?  This talk will involve interactive, informal discussion on the topic.

The talk starts at 18.30pm, with refeshments available fom 18.00pm.
