PROTOTOUCH is an FP7 funded project with the main research goal of exploiting multiscale multiphysics simulation software, supported by neurophysiological measurements, for the virtual prototyping and optimisation of haptic displays for touch screens. In the oral presentations, this joint workshop with the Tribology Group of the IOP will focus mainly on the tribological aspects of the research. However, the other activities will be included in a poster session presented by the Marie Curie Fellows working in the project. It will also include a demonstration of haptic displays.
