Gravitational wave astronomy is one of the hottest topics in physics. Now we can ‘listen’ to the universe, whereas before we could only ‘see’. Hear from some of the University of Glasgow scientists who were part of the worldwide team that found the first gravitational waves, and discover how they measured the incredibly small effects generated by the most violent events in our universe – the collision of super-massive black holes. This event is free and no booking is required.
