The IOP London and South East Branch Dinner will take place around the corner from the Institute at the Villandry restaurant on Great Portland Street. The evening will consist of a three course meal (see below). To register please click the link on the left hand side.

You will be asked to choose from the following options during the registration process:



Roast butternut squash soup (vegetarian)
chestnut mushroom

Beetroot, goat's curd and hazelnut salad (vegetarian)

Spring Sussex oak-smoked salmon
watercress salad, capers and shallots


Main course

Baked fillet of hake
cauliflower puree, leeks and sultanas

Slow roasted shoulder of lamb
crushed root vegetables. shallot marmalade and rosemary jus

Fried gnocchi adn wild mushrooms (vegetarian)
mushroom puree, truffles, and rocket



Chocolate fondant
vanilla ice cream

Pineapple carpaccio and coconut sorbet

Profiteroles with salad caramel cream

Tickets are priced at £25 per person or £15 with student discount and there will be maximum of 80 guests.
