Many extensions of the Standard Model predict new particles, like Heavy Neutral Leptons or Dark Photons, which can potentially be observed in kaon and/or beam-dump experiments. The opportunity to search for new particles in these two ways is a burgeoning field of interest for both experimentalists and theoreticians.

The aim of this workshop is to bring the kaon and beam-dump experimental communities together with the theory community to discuss new results, to forge new collaboration, and to direct future research effort. The discussions will take place in light of recent and future theoretical progress, of recently completed experimental programmes, of proposed upgrades to existing experiments, and of proposals for new experiments.
