Speakers: Dr Matthias Keller

The internet revolutionised the way we communicate, work and spend our free time. With the emergence of new technologies based on quantum mechanical effects the internet, as we know it today, will change fundamentally. Future quantum computers may be able to solve problems much quicker than any traditional computer.
This talk will give an overview of the various research experiments on quantum modems carried out by the ITCQ Group at the University of Sussex.
