The function room of The Rutland Arms, 86, Brown Street, Sheffield S1 2BS

A chance to meet colleagues teaching physics early in their career, exchange notes and ideas and maybe catch up with gossip from PGCE days.  Guests for the evening will include experienced teachers who will each take a few minutes to outline an approach that they have found works well when tackling one of the more difficult aspects of the physics curriculum.  A (free) buffet and drinks will make for an enjoyable and helpful evening.

Please note that this is a Stimulating Physics Support (SPS) event aimed at trainee and recently qualified physics teachers.  For more info on the SPS programme please follow the link above.
