The focus will be on possible themes for science clubs, places to get resources and ideas, and some activities. We will also be looking at a number of possible demonstrations for the forthcoming National Science and Engineering Week (14th-23rd March 2014).

The format is very much a drop-in one, with refreshments available throughout and lots of opportunity to meet teachers from other schools. We would also welcome contributions from you - any effective strategies for recruiting students to Science Clubs, activities and resources you have found useful in the past for Science Clubs, and events/activities for National Science and Engineering Week. Please bring and share!

Please note that this is a Stimulating Physics Support (SPS) event aimed at trainee and recently qualified physics teachers.  For more info on the SPS programme please follow the link above.
