M: Breast of Gressingham Duck with forest mushrooms a la Balsamic vinegar and Port sauce
V: Spinach, Cream Cheese & Asparagus Puff Pastry roulade with port sauce

1. White Chocolate & Baileys Bavarois served in a dark chocolate cup with coconut and mango ice cream

elderflower sorbet and a passonfruit coulis
