The importance of physics to the Welsh economy

This event will bring together assembly members, business people, policymakers and educationalists to show evidence of the significant contribution of physics-based businesses to the Welsh economy, to discuss how physics supports sustainable economic development and to debate what the future might hold for physics-based businesses in Wales.

Our speakers will be Eluned Parrott AM, Drew Nelson, CEO of IQE and Professor Sir Peter Knight, President of the Institute of Physics.

During the reception successful physics-based businesses from across Wales will be showcasing their work.

Registration for this event will open at 11am.
